You can pay your order in different ways. Currently we offer the following payment methods:

Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We try to ship your orders within 2 working days. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we do not achieve this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The mentioned prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs depend on the quantity of fabric ordered and the destination.  Shipping goes by DPD. You will receive a message from DPD when your parcel has been sent. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

It is also possible to pick up your order. 

It is possible that you want to return an order. Probably because you don’t like the product or maybe there is another reason why you wouldn’t want the order anyway. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will – if reasonably possible – have to be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for the depreciation of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it may happen that the product breaks down during transport or that something else happens so that you can make a warranty claim. Legally you are obliged to report this to us within two months after discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. 

It can always happen that something doesn’t quite go as planned. We would like to ask you to report any complaints to us by sending an e-mail to: If this does not lead to a solution, you can report your dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission.
